Content Submission Agreement

By submitting photos, videos, text, or other content ("Content"), you ("Contributor") agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Rights Granted: Contributor affirms they are the owner of the Content or have all necessary rights to submit it. Contributor grants YachtRacing.tv a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from the Content in any media or format, for editorial, promotional, commercial, or other purposes.

2. Attribution: YachtRacing.tv may, but is not required to, credit Contributor when using the Content.

3. Release of Claims: Contributor waives any claims against YachtRacing.tv related to the use of the Content, including but not limited to claims for copyright infringement, defamation, or violation of privacy rights.

4. No Compensation: Contributor acknowledges that they will not receive any payment or other compensation for the use of the Content.

5. Representations & Warranties: Contributor represents that the Content does not infringe on any third-party rights, contain unlawful material, or violate any agreements.

6. Indemnification: Contributor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless YachtRacing.tv from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their submission or use of the Content.

By submitting, Contributor acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
